Gary says:

I draw from a wide range of teachings, including new thought, metaphysics, Native American spiritual teachings, astrology, and others.  The most important teaching for my own growth in consciousness has been Sant Mat, and I incorporate this into my work.  Before each session, I meditate and pray for spiritual guidance in how to best help you.
